The China Food & Drinks Fair is a national distribution marketplace rather than a narrowly international gourmet show. Traditional liquor, wine and spirits, beverages and dairy, snack and international foods, condiments and ingredients are joined by food machinery, packaging, private-label and channel zones, allowing brands to discuss products, production support and routes into China's retail and foodservice markets.
The Nanjing autumn event is the 115th China Food & Drinks Fair, giving it one of the longest edition histories in China's food and beverage exhibition calendar. The previous Nanjing edition brought together 4,027 companies from more than 40 countries and regions.
