China Professional AV, LED Display & Event Technology Trade Shows 2026–2027

Compare six China exhibitions for LED displays, digital signage, professional audio, stage lighting, AV integration, control, conferencing and live-event systems.

An LED module importer, a rental company, a corporate AV integrator and a theme-park production team may all visit a “professional AV show”, yet they are not buying the same system. One needs pixels, cabinets and control; another needs loudspeakers, rigging and stage lighting; a third must integrate displays, audio, conferencing, networks and room control. The useful exhibition choice follows the installed result and the party responsible for delivering it.

LED CHINA and ISLE provide the clearest display-led routes in this selection. GETshow and Prolight + Sound Guangzhou are stronger for professional audio, stage lighting and live-entertainment equipment. Beijing InfoComm China is the more focused choice for integrated AV and IT systems in corporate, education, government, broadcast and other installed environments. The two LED CHINA records belong to one series, but the organiser gives Shanghai a stronger advertising and digital-signage context and Shenzhen a stronger audiovisual and live-experience context.

The six records create six event windows and five brand choices. LED CHINA Shenzhen, GETshow Guangzhou and ISLE Shenzhen can form one South China route from 21 February to 5 March 2027 when a team needs both display and performance technology. A narrower project is usually better served by one primary event and targeted supplier visits.

Six records across five exhibition brands

Exhibition Dates and city Distinct role
LED CHINA Shanghai 2026 15–17 September, Shanghai LED display, digital signage, commercial visual communication and the components, control and content systems around them
LED CHINA Shenzhen 2027 21–23 February, Shenzhen LED display and digital signage connected more directly to professional audio, stage lighting, immersive media and live-event applications
Guangzhou Entertainment Technology Show (GETshow) 2027 24–27 February, Guangzhou Professional audio, intelligent stage lighting, performance equipment, control and installed entertainment systems
ISLE 2027 3–5 March, Shenzhen Large-format and smart displays, LED supply-chain technology, signage and audiovisual system integration across installed applications
Beijing InfoComm China 2027 14–16 April, Beijing Integrated professional AV and IT for collaboration, control rooms, digital signage, broadcast, education, enterprise and immersive spaces
Prolight + Sound Guangzhou 2027 27–30 May, Guangzhou Full-chain professional audio, lighting, stage, projection, display, AV communication and entertainment-production systems

Define the system boundary before comparing exhibitors

These exhibitions overlap because a modern venue may use LED screens, audio, lighting, networks, control and content together. The overlap becomes manageable when the buyer assigns responsibility for each layer.

Display hardware and control run from LED packages, modules and cabinets to processors, playback, signage software and monitoring. Buyers focused on screen construction, image performance and serviceability should start with LED CHINA or ISLE. Their shortlist should still compare verified image performance, cabinet mechanics, calibration, control compatibility and the practical repair route. InfoComm becomes more relevant when those screens must work inside a room, campus or enterprise network.

Professional audio and production technology cover sound systems, stage lighting, rigging, control and venue equipment. GETshow and Prolight + Sound Guangzhou provide the deepest routes here. Stage lighting is a different purchasing task from architectural or commercial lighting, which is covered in the China Lighting Trade Shows guide.

Installed AV and collaboration systems bring display, audio, cameras, conferencing, signal transport, room control and software together. When interoperability, commissioning and support matter more than a single product, Beijing InfoComm China is the clearest system-led event; ISLE and PLSG add visual and entertainment depth.

September 2026: LED CHINA Shanghai for commercial visual communication

LED CHINA Shanghai 2026 is scheduled for 15–17 September at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The organiser positions this autumn edition around LED display, advertising and digital signage, with concurrent SIGN CHINA, Digital Signage China and digital-printing content.

Follow the visual chain from module to deployed message

Start with the application and viewing condition, then specify the few choices that reshape the screen: size and pixel pitch, indoor or outdoor duty, camera use, cabinet format, service access and redundancy. Map the companies responsible for modules, cabinets, control, software and structures rather than treating the display as one indivisible product.

For multi-site signage, content approval, device scheduling, monitoring and offline behaviour matter alongside image quality. Shanghai is useful when the buying task connects the screen to a wider branded or retail communication system.

Shanghai’s co-located advertising and signage sectors are particularly useful for retail, branded environments, wayfinding, lightboxes and mixed physical-digital communication. They also make the show less focused for a buyer whose only task is touring audio or stage machinery.

Why the Shanghai edition is not a duplicate of Shenzhen

LED CHINA follows a dual-session strategy: Shanghai connects displays more closely to signs, advertising production and retail communication, while Shenzhen places them beside audio, lighting, event equipment and immersive applications. Core LED buyers can use either date; commercial-signage distributors have a clearer reason to favour Shanghai, while rental and experiential-venue teams have a clearer reason to favour Shenzhen.

February 2027: LED CHINA Shenzhen for display plus audiovisual applications

LED CHINA Shenzhen 2027 runs from 21 to 23 February at Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in Futian. The official scope combines LED displays, digital signage, professional audio and lighting, cultural-event equipment, immersive media, AI and related visual technologies.

Compare the complete display package

An importer or rental company should separate responsibility for the LED package, module, cabinet and complete screen. Ask which factory makes each level, which components may change, how calibration is controlled and how failed modules and spare parts are managed across batches. Rental buyers can then focus on handling and repairability; fixed-installation buyers on structure, access, redundancy and service. Broadcast and virtual-production projects also need camera tests because showroom video alone does not reveal scan, refresh and colour behaviour on set.

The surrounding audio, lighting and immersive sectors help when the screen belongs to a complete stage, experience centre, retail environment or cultural-tourism project. The route remains display-led: a team whose main system is loudspeakers, stage lighting or performance control can move directly into GETshow the following day.

February 2027: GETshow for professional audio and performance equipment

The Guangzhou Entertainment Technology Show (GETshow) 2027 is scheduled for 24–27 February in Areas A and D of the China Import and Export Fair Complex. It begins the day after LED CHINA Shenzhen ends, creating a practical Shenzhen-to-Guangzhou transition for teams that need both visual and performance systems.

Start with venue geometry and production duty

For professional audio, provide the venue geometry, audience area, target coverage, rigging and operating model. A loudspeaker should be judged with prediction, amplification, processing, deployment and tuning—not as an isolated cabinet. Stage-lighting and machinery buyers need an equally clear brief covering the intended effect, control, duty cycle and safety responsibility. Hoists, truss and platforms also require a separate review of load documentation, certification, inspection and maintenance.

GETshow is particularly relevant to rental companies, performance venues, touring production, KTV and entertainment installations, public-address distributors and regional system integrators. Its focus is equipment and systems for producing an event or installed entertainment experience, rather than consumer music products.

Combining Shenzhen and Guangzhou without repeating meetings

Use LED CHINA Shenzhen for display hardware, video control and screen-led immersive systems; use GETshow for professional audio, stage lighting, rigging and performance control. Where a supplier crosses both areas, record what it manufactures and what it resells or integrates.

The evening transfer on 23 February makes the back-to-back sequence feasible. A buyer with no professional audio, stage or entertainment workstream gains less from adding four Guangzhou days and can use that time for display-supplier meetings in Shenzhen instead.

March 2027: ISLE for smart display and system integration in Shenzhen

ISLE 2027 is scheduled for 3–5 March at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Its core scope combines screen-display technology, LED and signage with audiovisual integration and installed applications.

Where ISLE differs from LED CHINA

ISLE places large-format display hardware and upstream technology beside virtual production, smart retail, events, cultural venues, education and other installed scenarios. Its 2027 plan adds dedicated smart-display and system-integration content.

LED CHINA Shenzhen and ISLE are genuine alternatives for many LED display buyers because they are in the same city less than two weeks apart. LED CHINA offers the earlier date and a strong link to signage, audio, lighting and event equipment. ISLE offers another concentrated display and AV platform with a stronger stated emphasis on system integration and application scenarios.

Let the confirmed exhibitor list and meeting availability decide between them. Both become useful when the first show leaves specific suppliers unresolved or a wider Pearl River Delta programme already fills the intervening days—not simply to repeat a general screen scan.

Use Shenzhen for follow-up, not only another show floor

The gap after GETshow creates time for a small number of production or engineering visits before ISLE. Those visits should clarify who owns packaging, module assembly, cabinet fabrication, calibration, control, system design and repair. A divided supply chain can work when responsibilities and support are explicit.

April 2027: Beijing InfoComm China for integrated AV and IT

Beijing InfoComm China 2027 runs from 14 to 16 April at the China National Convention Center. Established in 2007, the event is organised around professional AV innovation and an education programme for AV and IT decision-makers.

Begin with the room or operational workflow

A corporate meeting project should define its room types, collaboration platforms, cameras, audio, displays, control, network and support. A control room has a different brief built around sources, operator positions, signal transport, redundancy and continuous operation. Sector-specific workflows and security boundaries then refine the system.

InfoComm is useful because these products are evaluated as connected systems rather than as isolated screens or speakers. It suits consultants, integrators, end users and channel partners comparing collaboration, signal management, control, digital signage, broadcast, immersive and enterprise AV solutions.

This system orientation makes Beijing a better choice than a display-led show when the central question is interoperability, design, commissioning and long-term support across an AV environment. LED CHINA or ISLE remains stronger when the procurement task sits deeper inside LED display hardware and manufacturing.

Ask who owns integration and support

Document the manufacturer, authorised channel, designer, installer, programmer and commissioning party, then define who supports software, replacement hardware and onsite service.

An impressive demonstration may use carefully matched devices on a temporary network. A project needs the same behaviour with the buyer’s room types, IT policies, cabling distances, user permissions and service team. Use the show to agree on a test environment and acceptance sequence rather than assuming the demo transfers unchanged.

May 2027: Prolight + Sound Guangzhou for the full entertainment-technology chain

Prolight + Sound Guangzhou 2027 is scheduled for 27–30 May at the China Import and Export Fair Complex. Official product groups cover professional audio, lighting, stage equipment, AV and communication, projection and display, system integration, IT and data, and event-production services.

The completed 2026 edition recorded 111,056 visitors; the organiser’s press material also reported 2,227 exhibitors across 220,000 sqm and 22 halls. These completed figures explain why the event can support several specialist routes, while making a disciplined hall and meeting plan essential.

Divide the event by system responsibility

Audio, lighting and production teams can follow separate routes through sound systems, stage control, rigging and venue equipment, while integrators add projection, displays, conferencing and media control.

The event is particularly useful when one company manages several parts of a venue or production system. The acoustic, lighting, rigging, video and control specialists can still maintain separate shortlists and evidence requirements.

Music Guangzhou runs concurrently and becomes relevant only where the project includes musical instruments, backline or music-production products. The Prolight + Sound Guangzhou pro-AV and music sourcing plan explains how to add that adjacent workstream without allowing it to displace the main audio, lighting and stage mission.

PLSG or GETshow?

Both Guangzhou events serve professional audio, lighting and performance technology. GETshow offers an earlier February buying window and follows immediately after LED CHINA Shenzhen, making it attractive for a display-plus-performance route. PLSG offers the broader May ecosystem across audio, lighting, stage, AV, display, system integration and event services. That breadth helps venue projects bring several technical teams through one supplier ecosystem during the same trip.

A buyer choosing between GETshow and PLSG should compare the confirmed exhibitors in the relevant technical category, product-development timing and nearby supplier meetings. The three-month interval can also support a February supplier scan followed by a May system demonstration or final shortlist.

Build a system schedule before asking for a quotation

Start with the venue, audience, operating workflow and environmental conditions. Divide the project into display, video, audio, lighting, stage, control, software and services, with a named owner for every interface.

Ask each candidate to mark what it manufactures, supplies, integrates and subcontracts. Use one shared brief for configurations, drawings, software terms, commissioning, acceptance tests, training, spares, warranty and support; otherwise one quotation may cover hardware while another includes design and delivery.

Xentra Global can support exhibitor research, meeting schedules, technical interpretation and supplier or factory-visit planning around the selected event. The aim is to turn a busy AV show floor into a smaller set of technically comparable companies with clear product and integration responsibility.
