About the Venue
China National Convention Center forms part of Beijing's Olympic Green, beside the National Stadium and National Aquatics Center. During the 2008 Olympic and Paralympic Games it housed the International Broadcast Center, Main Press Center and fencing facilities; after refurbishment, it reopened for public events in 2009. The complex combines more than 100 meeting rooms with 40,000 square metres of exhibition area, including a 22,000-square-metre main hall that can be divided into four sections.
