SEMICON China follows semiconductor manufacturing from materials and wafer processes through fab equipment, metrology, factory software, assembly, test and advanced packaging. Dedicated tracks for compound semiconductors, MEMS, automotive chips and IC design make the show useful for mapping where a supplier sits in the fabrication chain, rather than treating every company simply as a chip vendor.
