Event Overview
Salon du Chocolat Shanghai follows chocolate from cocoa origin and ingredients through industrial equipment, finished brands, artisan products, tasting and visual presentation. Its combination of B2B sourcing, professional competitions and consumer-facing demonstrations gives the event a distinctive role that a general confectionery or food-processing show does not reproduce.
The Salon du Chocolat concept began in Paris in 1995 and the Shanghai edition is operated under the brand's exclusive China authorisation. The 2026 event will be Shanghai's fourth edition and is co-located with FHC Shanghai.
