A wireless bra can look right on the stand while leaving the buyer unsure how it will fit across a full size range. At SIUF 2027, 25–27 March at Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center in Futian, finished underwear appears alongside fabrics, trims and production resources. That combination helps a private-label team find possible partners; the next useful conversation may need the person developing the pattern, not another collection presentation. Official dates and venue · Exhibit scope.
For a wireless, seamless or everyday-comfort bra project, a prepared supplier appointment in Guangming is worth considering when a development contact can review your actual samples and size requirements. Buyers selecting existing branded collections can often settle their immediate questions at the fair. A company visit earns its place through the work prepared for it.
A Guangming meeting candidate, with a specific brief
Guangming has an established intimate-apparel industry base: the district government’s July 2026 announcement names underwear businesses in the area and describes further industry cooperation. This gives a local sourcing reason to investigate a supplier appointment beyond the Futian exhibition. District industry context.
One research candidate is Shenzhen Chingva Lingerie Co., Ltd. Its website describes OEM and private-label work in wireless, seamless and everyday-comfort bras, including pattern development, grading and sampling. That is a relevant enquiry for this product brief; it does not establish suitability for every lingerie category or order size. Company product scope · Development activities.
The published contact address is Building 4, Huidongsheng Industrial Park, Guangqiao Avenue, Gongming Street, Guangming District, Shenzhen; the website footer specifies the 11th floor. The company explicitly requires appointments. Confirm the floor, reception instructions and whether the relevant sample or production work is available at that location. A contact address is not evidence that every advertised manufacturing process takes place there. This is a possible supplier contact, not an endorsement or a claim that Chingva will exhibit at SIUF 2027. Appointment and address information.
Bring the fit question, not just the logo
Before requesting time with the development team, send a small, coherent brief: the intended wearer and sales market, reference sample or style number, target size chart, fabric preference and photographs of the construction you want. If you have tried a sample, explain where it misses the intended fit—such as cup coverage, band position or strap adjustment—instead of asking for a generally “better fit.”
Separate adapting an existing bra with your labels from changing its construction. A logo change and a revised cup shape are different development requests. Ask which existing pattern, material or component can be retained, what needs a new sample, and whether the person responsible for those changes can attend. Give estimated quantities by colour and size so the discussion addresses the actual assortment, not an attractive total that hides many small runs.
For a style sold across several sizes, ask how the proposed size chart will be converted into patterns and which sizes should be sampled before approval. The aim of the visit is to agree a sensible development sequence; the company website’s mention of grading does not settle your own size coverage or fit expectations.
Keep the exhibition and the appointment as separate working blocks
Use the fair to compare silhouettes, materials and supplier approaches, then choose the unresolved questions that deserve a longer meeting. An appointment already arranged before arrival can be refined using what you see at SIUF. If a new contact emerges at the show, let the availability of its development staff determine whether an immediate visit is realistic.
Futian and Guangming are different parts of Shenzhen. Reserve a separate half-day as a planning allowance for travel and the meeting, adjusting it after checking the route from your actual starting address and the agreed meeting duration. The show ends on Saturday, 27 March; a meeting on Sunday, 28 March requires explicit confirmation of working hours and staff availability. A next-working-day appointment may justify an extra stay, but a speculative drop-in does not.
Ask the supplier to confirm the samples, materials or development work it can prepare. A meeting near the exhibition or a later video review may be the better use of time if the Guangming visit would cover only a catalogue and pricing. A production-floor visit adds value when the relevant operation can be shown and access has been agreed separately.
Leave with the next sample decision
Record the sample or pattern reference discussed, the changes requested, who will make them, the proposed sample date and the basis of any sample charge. For a revised design, agree which version replaces the previous one so that a favourable comment on an earlier sample is not treated as approval of the final garment.
Handle, seam appearance and a measurement discussion can be assessed during the meeting. Fit across the intended size range, comfort in use and behaviour after washing need their own agreed sample and evaluation steps. Decide who will review the size set, organise wearer feedback and check the relevant performance requirements before approving production. A visit can clarify the development partner and the next actions; it cannot compress those product checks into a single afternoon.
