The China Bakery Exhibition combines the baking production chain with the retail formats now reshaping the sector. Ingredients and fillings, bakery machinery, packaging, pre-made and frozen-to-fresh products, home baking, coffee and tea and snack foods are presented with store, foodservice and franchise applications rather than as a general food exhibition.
Founded in 1997, it reaches its 30th edition in 2027 and runs alongside HOTELEX and the Guangzhou franchise show.
