Event Overview
MTM is a metal-world exhibition rather than a general machinery show. Its themed sectors connect metallurgical production, refractories, casting and forging, industrial furnaces and thermal engineering, steel tubes, metal wire, titanium, magnesium, copper and alloy materials, allowing buyers to follow relationships between raw material, process equipment and finished metal form.
The exhibition traces its origins to the Shanghai International Metallurgy Industry Expo launched in 1986, making 2026 its 40th-anniversary edition.
