Event Overview
The International Electronics Circuit Exhibition follows the route from PCB design and materials to fabrication, inspection, assembly and advanced packaging. Rigid, flexible, rigid-flex and HDI boards sit alongside IC substrates, laminates, imaging, drilling, plating, surface finishing, automation and test equipment, giving the show a much sharper production focus than a finished-electronics fair.
The exhibition has operated for more than two decades. Its completed 2025 edition reported 651 exhibitors, 3,656 booths and 77,508 visits across 80,000 square metres.
