A power-trowel quotation can carry a familiar model code while leaving important fleet-purchasing questions open: the installed engine, the machine’s transport dimensions and the parts that your service team will need. A supplier meeting is valuable when it resolves those questions on the actual offered configuration.
For contractors attending World of Concrete Asia 2027, Shanghai Dynamic is an appointment candidate for a focused power-trowel discussion after comparing suppliers at the show. Prioritise a confirmed machine and a knowledgeable sales or service contact; a general factory introduction adds less to the purchase.
Start with the offered machine
Informa’s official global calendar confirms 11–13 August 2027 at Shanghai New International Expo Centre. WOCA covers concrete, surface treatment, mortar and flooring. This extension serves buyers of concrete-finishing equipment; visitors focused on admixtures or decorative flooring materials have a different supplier brief.
Dynamic’s QUM-96HA page illustrates why configuration matters. Its descriptive text refers to Honda or Kohler engines, while the specification table identifies DYNAMIC R999. Ask the supplier which engine, controls and accessories belong to the quotation and request a revised specification that matches that offer. The website alone does not resolve the discrepancy.
The same table publishes a weight of 598 kg and dimensions of 2540 × 1240 × 1485 mm. Treat those as catalogue figures to confirm for the quoted machine, including whether they describe operating or shipping condition. Give the supplier your loading, transport and site-access constraints so it can identify the relevant handling information. Equipment suitability and site methods remain decisions for your competent project team.
Confirm a Shanghai meeting before reserving the time
Jiezhou Engineering & Mechanism, trading as Dynamic, lists power trowels, screeds, cutters and other concrete equipment. Its contact page gives 89 Gongyi Road, Fengxian District, Shanghai, as well as a separate Huaian location. Ask explicitly where the requested model can be inspected; a Shanghai contact address does not establish that the machine or production line is there.
Arrange the meeting in advance, with the model, engine version, commercial contact and service questions agreed. Dynamic is a sourcing candidate, not an endorsement or a confirmed WOCA 2027 exhibitor. Showroom access, production access and any demonstration require separate confirmation.
Reserve a half-day provisionally for a Shanghai appointment, checking the route from SNIEC after the location is settled. A live concrete demonstration needs an agreed setting and supplier arrangements; it should not be assumed from a catalogue video. If the machine is available only in Huaian, treat that as a different trip decision and retain a Shanghai or remote technical discussion instead.
Price the support package with the machine
Dynamic’s published warranty policy separates engine claims from its machine warranty and says customised products are governed by separate contracts. Use that distinction to ask who answers each type of claim in your destination market and which written terms apply to this order.
Request part numbers and prices for the blades, pans and routine service items associated with the selected version. Ask how an unavailable part is substituted, what information identifies the machine and how your workshop obtains manuals and parts diagrams. Confirm the engine service route separately from chassis and controls support.
Leave the meeting with one matching package: a machine specification, included accessories, packing details, spare-parts quotation and clearly assigned support contacts. If those remain unresolved, keep the competing WOCA quotations active. A well-defined order is the useful result of the visit; a demonstration by itself is not a production or performance guarantee.
