The show runs 12–15 November 2026 in Area B of the China Import and Export Fair Complex, Guangzhou. Its aquarium offer includes pumps, filters and filter materials, lighting, tanks and temperature-control equipment. Start with the equipment range you need to support
Keep aquarium meetings separate from a general pet-products tour. Bring the tank types or existing product range you serve, the intended use of the equipment and the questions your retailers repeatedly ask. A pump moving water, an aeration product and a filter are not interchangeable quotations simply because they appear together in an aquarium catalogue.
For each promising offer, record the complete model and version, the power-supply option being discussed and what comes in the box. Ask the supplier to explain the working conditions behind any performance figure and to identify the product literature for that version. The aim at the fair is to find an appropriate candidate for evaluation, not to size an entire aquarium installation from a display label.
Then ask what happens after the first order. Which replacement components can be ordered separately, how are they identified, and does the supplier have instructions that your retailers can use? Match the answers to specific product references. A clear parts discussion can make a modest range more manageable than a larger assortment whose support arrangements remain vague.
Give the Guangzhou office meeting a specific purpose
Hailea’s official contact page lists its Guangzhou aquarium-equipment office at units CS16, CS17 and LS12, Guangzhou Baiyicheng Plaza, 25 Huabo Avenue, Liwan District. The manufacturer’s catalogue includes aquarium pumps, filters, chillers and other equipment. This is a concrete local contact for a buyer considering that range; it is not evidence that Hailea will exhibit at CIPS 2026 or accept an unannounced visit.
Send the exact products and unresolved questions before requesting a meeting. Ask whether the appropriate sales or technical colleague can attend and whether the relevant sample, instructions and parts information will be available. For example, a discussion about a selected pump is more useful when the team can identify its replacement components and the version you intend to order. If those materials are unavailable, an office stop may add little to a call after the fair.
Treat this as a manufacturer-office appointment, not a factory tour. Hailea lists its production base separately in Raoping, outside the local Guangzhou extension considered here. A city meeting can advance a quotation, sample request or support discussion without implying that you have inspected production. Confirm the office address and meeting arrangements directly before travelling across the city.
Decide whether the extra half-day earns its place
CIPS opens from 10:00 to 17:30 on 12–14 November and closes at 14:00 on Sunday, 15 November. Use the main show days for supplier discovery and follow-up while the stands are operating. The organiser’s registration page provides the ticket-application route; the buyer FAQ says the ticket covers all four days.
If a Hailea meeting is worthwhile and confirmed, Monday, 16 November is a possible half-day extension before departure. It leaves the exhibition time intact, but it also adds time to the stay: do not assume office availability on that date. Decide based on the questions still open, who can answer them and the cost of changing the return journey. There is no need to add a local visit when the same information can be supplied remotely.
The useful result is a sample request that can be acted on: exact equipment version, included accessories, separately priced parts and the person responsible for sending the missing information. Keep those references with the fair quotation so that the sample, the commercial offer and the support conversation describe the same product. That is the link worth making between CIPS and a Guangzhou supplier meeting.
