Event Overview
Food Expo PRO is the trade-oriented part of Hong Kong's August food-fair cluster, with finished foods and beverages joined by food science, halal products, coffee and international group pavilions. Its value is not simply product tasting: importers and retailers can compare market-ready brands, regional specialities and emerging food concepts while using Hong Kong as a meeting point for Asian distribution.
At the completed 2025 edition, Food Expo PRO and the concurrent Tea Fair recorded 18,500 buyers from 64 countries and regions, according to HKTDC.
