The 14th Semiconductor Equipment, Materials and Core Parts Exhibition (CSEAC 2026)

CSEAC addresses the capital equipment, materials and high-dependency core parts needed to build and operate semiconductor production lines. Its emphasis is therefore upstream of chip applications: equipment makers, fabs, research organisations and component suppliers meet around manufacturing capability, process localisation and technical exchange rather than consumer electronics or finished semiconductor products.

The Wuxi event is the 14th edition, and its official name explicitly preserves equipment, materials and core parts as the three central pillars.
