Services / Process

Our process helps clients move from early requirements to expert advice, source factory visits, supplier comparison, procurement coordination, and long-term sourcing support.

The Six-Step Process

01

Initial Consultation

We begin by clarifying the client's product needs, project goals, budget range, expected timeline, target quantity, and decision priorities. This turns a broad inquiry into a practical sourcing brief that suppliers can respond to clearly.

02

Expert Advice

Based on the brief, we share practical category knowledge, common supplier types, configuration choices, typical trade-offs, and questions the client should ask before comparing quotations or planning visits.

03

Visit & Sourcing Plan

We prepare a customized sourcing path or China visit plan. This can include supplier shortlisting, meeting priorities, comparison criteria, route planning, and preparation for product demonstrations or factory discussions.

04

Factory Visits & Supplier Comparison

During the visit or remote comparison stage, we support supplier meetings, production line tours, product demonstrations, translation, communication clarification, and follow-up notes so the client can compare real capability instead of relying only on quotations.

05

Procurement & Delivery Coordination

After supplier selection or order discussion, we assist with procurement communication, quotation updates, contract coordination, production follow-up, logistics follow-up, customs documentation support, and payment arrangement discussions.

06

After-Sales & Long-Term Support

We continue supporting communication where needed after delivery or initial cooperation. Feedback, quality questions, spare parts, repeat orders, after-sales coordination, and future project expansion can all return into the same practical support loop.

Payment and cooperation note

For qualified international transactions, cryptocurrency payment may be discussed as one of the possible payment options, subject to compliance review, transaction structure, supplier acceptance, and agreement terms. Traditional bank transfer and other international payment arrangements may also be discussed according to the transaction requirements.
